運送政策

Where we ship

United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and the European Union.

Times and cost

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days from our partner warehouse. Standard tracked delivery: 10–15 business days to the US, 7–12 to the UK and EU, 5–9 to Australia. Shipping is $9 and free on orders over $50 (before discounts). We'll update these times as faster options come online.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show movement.

Duties and taxes

UK and EU orders are shipped with VAT prepaid — nothing to pay on delivery. US orders may be subject to import duties under current US rules; if a charge applies it is shown at checkout, never as a surprise at the door.
